- Assist with analysis and review of the organization's financial performance by collecting, analyzing and reporting financial and statistical data.
- Maintain records of organization's financial activity in accordance with GAAP, organizational standards, and in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and similar regulatory requirements.
- Work with various departments to assist with their expense management strategies and procedures.
- Analyze trends affecting budget needs.
- Support the preparation of operating budgets with and for various departments to support organization's expense management goals.
- Perform accounting functions for the organization, including record keeping and reporting.
- Examine and review unusual cost records and ensure cost data is allocated correctly.
- Support the creation of standard reports on financial performance for internal and external use.
- Create and utilize automated tools for the updating, analyzing and reporting of consolidated financial results
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, or related field, or foreign equivalent, or suitable combination of education, experience and training in a related field; up to 1-3 years of Finance and/or Accounting experience.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to work both individually and as a team.
- Knowledge of SQL and data management tools (QMF, SQL Server, TOAD).
- Knowledge of Financial systems.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, Excel and Access.
- Proficient time management skills.
