    Position Overview:

    We are in search of an ambitious and proactive coordinator that will provide support to the Special Operations department with scheduling, planning, and logistics for the field operations.

    The successful candidate will be a strong communicator adept at liaising with stakeholders at all levelscomfortable with high call volume and persistent follow upable to rely on experience, sound judgement, and critical thinking to plan, organize, implement goals and objectives, and lead othersIdeal candidates will have a positive outlook and a keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail.

    Members of our special operations team are highly motivated, detail oriented, organized, able to multitask and meet strict deadlines.


    Responsibilities:
    Maintain constant communication between clients, business development team, and field officers Ensure field staff are scheduled appropriately and briefed according to standardsAttend meetings and conference calls with internal and external stakeholders in preparation for upcoming contracts and assignments Follow post operational protocol with relation to client communication, properly documenting hours worked for payroll and billing purposes QualificationsQualifications:Exceptional oral and written communications skillsProficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Sharepoint, Adobe AcrobatExcellent web research skills Supervisory experience is preferred but not required Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verifyWilling to work additional hours in the event of an emergencyWilling to work in the field as needed
