- Direct and supervise all intake operations
- Review intake assessments for quality
- Direct pre-admission decisions, case reviews and counseling meetings to ensure services are provided in accordance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
- Maintain a caseload
- Provide direct supervision to clinicians as well as assist in the ongoing supervision of staff through meetings, in-service trainings, guest speakers and reviewing literature
- Preferred: Masters Degree holders in fields of mental health or addictions and actively pursuing licensure.
- Required: Bachelors Degree in fields of mental health or addictions.
- Required: Previous hands-on experience working with chemically dependent patients.
- Demonstrated administrative experience with the Microsoft platform (Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
- Ability to leverage technology for efficient data management, reporting, and communication within the counseling team.
- Must demonstrate a positive, non-judgmental, and accepting attitude toward our patient population
- Satisfactory criminal background check and drug screen

Compassionate Lead Counselor NeededPosition Review:The Lead Counselor will provide treatment and casework services to patient as directed by the supervisor in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and with BayMark policies and procedures. Provide timely documentation of patient services based on plan of care. Identify other physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs for assigned patients.
