    Work location: Stafford, TX

    Responsibilities

    • CNC Programming for Milling & Turning and setting up machines for different parts
    • Ensure machines are well-maintained and follow necessary procedures for daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance
    • Work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to meet all production deadlines
    • Record and maintain production records as per guidelines
    • Operate machines to build finished products as per manuals and method sheets
    • Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other tools
    • Programming and manual coding at CNC machines
    • Conduct quality control checks on products
    • Perform preventative maintenance operations
    • Manage multiple projects, prioritizing as necessary
    • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives
    • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management
    • Work independently with minimal supervision

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Experience in programming with Autodesk Part Maker (Preferred)
    • General computer proficiency
    • Five to Ten years of CNC machine experience in a production environment
    • Attention to detail and ability to read blueprints/method sheets
    • Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
