- CNC Programming for Milling & Turning and setting up machines for different parts
- Ensure machines are well-maintained and follow necessary procedures for daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to meet all production deadlines
- Record and maintain production records as per guidelines
- Operate machines to build finished products as per manuals and method sheets
- Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other tools
- Programming and manual coding at CNC machines
- Conduct quality control checks on products
- Perform preventative maintenance operations
- Manage multiple projects, prioritizing as necessary
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by management
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in programming with Autodesk Part Maker (Preferred)
- General computer proficiency
- Five to Ten years of CNC machine experience in a production environment
- Attention to detail and ability to read blueprints/method sheets
- Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
