    *Requirements:
    *NY state license required
    *Day shifts/Mon-Fri/12 hour shift/3 shifts per week, on call responsibilities for evenings, nights and weekends
    *Must have two years of experience required in RN OR and in level 1 trauma preferred
    *Able to scrub and circulate
    *Experience with cataracts, retina, glaucoma, cornea, and pediatrics required.
    *BLS(AHA) required

    *Requirements:
    *NY state license required
