    Regional IT Internal Control Manager


    ResponsibilitiesDailyBuild knowledge of IT internal controls, systems and process landscape within the region to enable clear understanding of impact affecting the entities in scope.

    Support regional stakeholders with IT and cybersecurity related risk expertise and IT control knowledge. Actively advising the design of key IT controls. Drive continuous control improvement in these areas.

    Active collaboration with IT development & Operations and Cybersecurity teams to design efficient end-to-end processes, identify key risks and select appropriate risk responses to those.

    Provide support and resolution of risks identified in collaboration with the business management and Internal / External audit; support the internal process of tracking and validating audit finding resolution, provide input to periodic Audit & Risk Committee reporting.

    Design, plan and execute an annual ongoing compliance monitoring program based on the Internal Control Framework requirements.
    Liaise with local process owners to facilitate sustainable risk & control management in local offices.

    Liaise with other assurance teams (Risk Management, Internal / External Audit, Cybersecurity and Business continuity teams, IT Disaster recovery and Service continuity team etc.) and seek for alignment in assurance activities.

    Support high priority improvement programs, projects aimed at improving and maturing the overall risk posture of the region.

    Assist in the development and leading of regular training/ awareness programs to train and educate risk owners within the region on internal IT controls topics.

    Periodic / Ad-hocPerform periodic reporting on regional risk posture and control compliance activities to Regional and Group Management.
    Support in Internal Control Framework.
    Participate in global internal control initiatives, programs.

    Travel required within the region 20-30%.Required skills and experience7+ years of experience gained within Business & IT risk, control compliance, internal controls, and audit.

    Business or IT degree / certificates (preferably CPA or equivalent and CISA, CISM).Strong and practical knowledge and work experience with Financial Reporting and / or IT General Controls.

    Thorough technical understanding of IT control requirements and design and experience in applying them in various businesses.
    Passionate about safeguarding a risk based IT control environment.
    Ability to act as a strategic partner and a valued challenger to Regional Management.
    Ability to add value as regional point of contact for Global IT Control/ Internal Control functions.
    Bring proactive support to Regional Management decisions and acceleration on risk / control related topics.
    Be flexible to meet the dynamic business needs, while maintaining robust solutions that strengthen the control environment.
    Catalyst for change with the ability to adapt to continuous change.
    Hands on mentality.
    Working experience in multinational companies, multicultural environment.
    Strong independent contributor, while still a strong team player.
    Accurate, strong communication skills and good analytical skills.
    Eager to learn.
    Affinity to systems and tooling, interest in automation and continuous monitoring.
    Demonstrated high level of ethical integrity.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    Fully comfortable working in English, both written and spokenStrong functional knowledge, experience in logistics/trading/supply chain is a plus.
    Working experience of SOX and familiarity with control frameworks such as COSO, COBIT NIST, ISO are a plus.
    IT literate in MS office, experience with SAP, SAP GRC, SAP Access control is a plus.
