    Minimum Qualifications

    • Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
    • Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment.
    • BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC.
    • Outpatient experience is preferred.
    • Will accept first-time travelers.
    • Will accept new graduates.

    Assignment Details

    • Facility Type: Outpatient
    • Shift Name: Days
    • Patient Population: Outpatient Ortho
    • Productivity expectation: 60 visits/week; Will see 12-14 patients/day; Double-booking of follow-up visits expected.
