The Aseptic Filling Operator is responsible for controlling the filling line including parameter setup purging and running production according to Standard Operating Procedures Aseptic Technique Bill of Materials and Batch Records.Responsibilities
Set up lines for start of production selects correct components for use operates equipment to aseptically fill product containers continually monitors the process performs routine process and product inspections completes all process documentation communicates to appropriate personnel manages components to support production maintains area in orderly and sterile state by removing culls documenting inspection of work area performing disinfection activities as directed other duties as directed to include assistance with CIP/SIP prep repack Pkg Area Process improvement project workJob description
