    As a Stock Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining the effectiveness of merchandise flow, filling, and presentation standards throughout the store and stockroom. This position typically requires working three to four shifts per week, each shift being about four to five hours, but may vary depending on the time of year and business needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Customer Experience: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
    • Store Presentation and Sales Floor: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, including merchandise displays, fixtures, and overall aesthetic.
    • Stockroom: Ensure accurate inventory levels, efficient receiving and stocking processes, and maintain a clean and organized stockroom.
    • Communication: Effectively communicate with team members, management, and customers to achieve sales goals and resolve any issues.
    • Asset Protection and Shrink: Protect company assets, including merchandise, fixtures, and equipment, to minimize shrinkage and loss.
    • Policies and Procedures: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance and maintain a positive work environment.
    • Training and Development: Participate in training programs and coaching sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
