Baystate Health seeks a Nurse Manager to join our leadership team on the Medical Intensive Care Unit. The Nurse Manager is responsible for ensuring excellence in clinical practice and delivery of patient- and family-centered care.The role leads collaborative efforts with other departments and disciplines to meet patient care needs.
Responsibilities include managing within budget as evidenced by metrics,
stewarding financial resources,
and promoting growth through business plans and budget establishment.
- Clinical Practice and Quality Outcomes: Ensures excellence in clinical practice of nursing.
- Human Resource Leadership: Leads a positive work environment that facilitates excellent patient experiences.
- Management of the Patient Care Environment: Manages patient progress and outcomes effectively.
