- Requirement: RN with 3+ years of experience including 2 years of Home Health experience
- Lead the Home Health Advisory Group
- Update existing non skilled processes and binders
- Update existing skilled processes and binders
- Update and finalize AZ Home Health survey requirements
- Once license is approved, this role will pursue Medicare certification
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN license in Arizona
- RN with 3+ years of experience including 2 years of Home Health experience
- Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations
- Clinical proficiency in nursing specialty, strong communication skills and compassion
- 15+ hours a week depending on requirements.
- Work with current employees in Mesa office to finish updating skilled and non skilled structure
- Work from home and virtual meetings.
- Flexible hours - The team will work around the right candidate's schedule
