    Job Title: Web Analyst

    About Us: PreBorn is a national grant-maker exclusively for pregnancy clinics across the U.S. and beyond, empowering clinics through training, consultation, and equipment to rescue babies and bring mothers and their families to the saving knowledge of Christ.

    Scope: We seek a Christ-loving, process-minded Web Analyst to deploy and monitor marketing strategies, user experiences, and organizational performance across various platforms, furthering the life-saving mission of PreBorn.

    The ideal candidate combines great communication abilities and analytical aptitude, extracting meaning from complex material, inquisitive and meticulous, communicating ideas to various groups, with critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a drive for lifelong learning.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Implement and Maintain Web Analytics
    • Data analysis and reporting
    • User Journey Analysis
    • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
    • Campaign Performance Assessment
    • Data Integrity and Quality Assurance
    • Stakeholder Communication
    • Web Analytics Strategy


    Requirements:
    • Personal, growing relationship with Jesus Christ
    • Agreement with, and adherence to, PreBorn's Statement of Faith and Code of Christian Conduct
    • 100% pro-life
    • Willingness to intercede before God for the ministry of PreBorn
    • Proficiency with industry-leading online analytics technologies (Google Analytics, Semrush, pixel tracking technologies)
    • Proficiency with data visualization software (Power BI preferred)
    • Proficiency in A/B testing software and understanding of experimental methodologies
    • Knowledge of version control (e.g. Git, SVN)
    • Familiarity with databases and Sophisticated Analytics
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
    • Great attention to detail
    • Organizational skills
    • An analytical mind
    • Degree in web analytics or relevant field
