    Description

    The position requires mechanical and working knowledge of commercial HVAC products including but not limited to air-cooled and water-cooled chillers. Candidate must be located in South Florida.

    Principal Responsibilities:


    • Understanding of the refrigeration cycle and all its components including chillers, rooftop units, AHU, operation, and start-up.


    • Ability to execute, follow, and check outlined production steps and procedures.


    • Communicate concerns clearly within the organization and external parties.


    • Intermediate computer use, not limited to Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook


    • Ability to lift 50lbs


    • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.


    • Experience with 3 phase 460 volts


    • Ability to troubleshoot refrigeration, and electrical and interpret wiring diagrams at a fast pace.


    • Willingness to learn.


    • Reliable transportation to and from work.

    Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Requirements:

    · Initiative-taking, strong networking capabilities, and relationship management skills.

    · Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.

    · Ability to work in a team or independently.

    · Strong knowledge and understanding of the Florida HVAC industry.

    · Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish

    · Good written skills in English.

    · Minimum 3 years experience working with chillers.
