    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    BetaNXT, located at 350 Sunny Slope Road, Brookfield,WI 53005 seeks a Senior Software Engineer with a bachelor\'s degree inCS or IT and three (3) years of experience as a softwaredeveloper/engineer, programmer analyst, technical lead or related.

    Collaborate with a scrum development team on our mainframe computersystems to develop, maintain, and test software applications for avariety of application programs in both an Online (CICS) and Batch (MVS)environment.

    Interpret software requirements, specifications, andtechnical business processes, and develop recommendations and softwaresolutions. Develop, test, debug, document, and install mainframesoftware components. Utilize Customer Information Control System (CICS)application servers to maintain online transaction connectivity forsoftware applications on our IBM mainframe systems. Ensure technicalproducts, applications, documents, and systems comply with establishedquality assurance standards and take remedial action to ensurecompliance where necessary. Implement and support software applicationsin test and production environments. Perform Unit and Regression testingfor software applications in both Online (CICS) and Batch (MVS)environments. Participate in daily scum meetings and provide status andproject updates to stakeholders. Up to 50% telecommuting is allowed.


    Salary:
    \$88,914-\$163,199.

    Must have work experience in each of thefollowing: 1) COBOL programming; 2) CICS, JCL and DB2; 3) Changeman; 4)IDz; 5) Unit testing; 6) JIRA; and 7) MQ. Up to 50% telecommuting isallowed. Apply at No calls.
