- Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm. 100% outpatient.
- Call: 1 in 6 weekend call. Video or Phone call only.
- Estimated Patient Volume: 25 per day
- Patient Age: 18+
- EMR: Cerner
- PA and NP support staff
- Assess, maintain, and improve the health status of individuals in the communities served through timely access to evidence-based acute, preventive, and chronic disease care.
- Serve as a role model of professionalism to all members of the interdisciplinary health care team. Collaborates with all other practitioners and clinical support staff to form a high performing team.
- Provide high-value care; demonstrate good stewardship of resources and consider risks, benefits, and patient preferences when making diagnostic or therapeutic intervention decisions.
- Documents all patient care activities and services provided in the electronic health record. Documentation must be clear, concise, accurate, updated, and in sufficient detail.
- Base Salary: 230K
- Bonuses available - 30% of production profits annually
- Sign On Bonus - 5K on Day 1 and 5K at 1 year anniversary.

Seaford is a city in Sussex County, Delaware, United States. It is located along the Nanticoke River, about halfway between the Delaware beaches and the Chesapeake Bay. The population was 6,928 at the 2010 census. Seaford is known as the "Nylon Capital of the World" because the DuPont Company chose Seaford as the site of the first nylon plant in the world in 1939. The plant is still in operation today, and nylon is still a major industry in Seaford. This area is conveniently located within driving distance of several major cities including Philadelphia, Baltimore, and Washington DC. The area also has a great cost of living, low taxes, and good schools. Easy access to the beautiful Delaware beaches like Rehoboth and Lewes are also available.
