Job SummaryBusiness Development Center Associate at Ed Rinke Chevrolet Buick GMC is a full-time hourly customer service position.
The individual in this role has the responsibility of acting as the customers first point of contact, both in person and through digital marketing, and will work to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Compensation & Benefits
This position is offered a rate of $14/hour, and is paid weekly. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision packages, paid time off, and flexible scheduling.
Responsibilities
Handle customers inquiries and questions in an efficient and accurate manner
Act as the customers advocate, responding to their needs, problems and concerns
Assist customers with the purchase of vehicles
Increase customer loyalty and retention
Build relationships with customers
Generate leads through digital marketing
Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools
Requirements
Ability to connect with customers through use of engaging communication
Must possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Experience in customer service industry is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and use of smart phones and tablets are essential
High School Diploma or equivalent
