Job summary
We are seeking a Medication Monitor, Community Corrections who has a passion for providing the highest quality care in a residential setting. The Medication Monitor is responsible for supervising the facility population including safety, security and facility sanitation.Responsibilities
- Conducts daily Pill Call and Pill Pass; observes and documents resident self-administration of medication(s) as required by applicable policies and/or procedures.
- Secures and maintains control of resident' medications, syringes and inventory as required by established procedures.
