Codale Electric Supply is seeking skilled and experiences sales leaders to work as our District Sales Manager. We have three roles available.
The district sales manager is responsible for developing and implementing a customer-centric sales, marketing, financial and structural strategies across the territory. Duties include visiting branches to meet with employees, communicating sales and operational goals and expectations and gathering research about their target market. Responsible for maintaining Profit and Loss within the district.
The District Sales Manager is responsible for managing our strategic sales growth, building the annual sales plan, supervising sales leaders and sales professionals as they acquire and retain customers.
The successful District Sales Manager will be in touch with the pulse of sales in their geographic area, will keep a close eye on relevant metrics, keep abreast of changes in the industry and work closely with the sales force to sustain strong customer relationships.
The District Sales Manager will supervise the overall sales process, and ensure compliance with established processes and technology.
There are three roles available; please specify which you are interested in:
Central District - Wasatch Front (Utah)
Western District - Nevada
South/East - Utah outside of the Wasatch Front and Wyoming

**Required Experience**
Minimum 7+ years sales experience
Preferred 5+ years B2B sales management experience
Prior experience in the electrical industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
