    Description


    As a Business Analysis IV supporting the Investor Reporting department you will be servicing the loan portfolio for Fannie Mae by conducting end to end loan activity research on reporting exceptions within an assigned portfolio of investors.


    This role is a hybrid (3 days in office/2 days remote) model role based in Jacksonville, FL (M/T/W - Office & Th/F - Remote).

    Job Responsibilities

    Providing accurate and timely reporting (e.g. daily, monthly) and remittance to investors in order to satisfy investor requirementsInitiating wire requests while ensuring all data is accurate and remitted timelyWorking with internal clients such as Special Loans, Accounting, Capital Markets, Custodial Accounting, etc. to ensure that all accounts are reconciled timely and accuratelyCommunicating findings to Management, and Internal and External clientsAttending meetings and calls with punctualityRequired Qualifications, Skills and Competencies

    Advanced Excel skills including v-lookups and pivot tablesMSP Passport skills needed to pull in large data setsStrong communication skills with an ability to work well with the team and internal departmentsStrong attention to detail with an exceptional organizing skillsRespond well to Pressure and Competing deadlinesMust be a quick learner, creative with new ideas, and thrive in a fast paced environmentPreferred Qualifications, Skills and Competencies
