    Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner Role

    • Collaborate with the Palliative Medical Director and care team to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered palliative care.
    • Perform in-depth patient assessments, including physical, emotional, and psychosocial evaluations.

    We are seeking a skilled nurse practitioner with excellent leadership skills and strong independent decision-making abilities. The ideal candidate will have experience working autonomously in an advanced practice role and possess knowledge of palliative medicine principles.
