    The Business Support Specialist plays a vital role in supporting our real estate agents by bridging various functions such as administrative tasks, technical support, and marketing efforts. This dynamic role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will be the first point of contact for clients when they visit our office, making a lasting impression on their overall experience with our company.

    Key Responsibilities Include:
    • Providing top-notch administrative support to the Sales Director and agents.
    • Greeting agents and clients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and ordering office supplies.
    • Reviewing listing and transaction files for accuracy using back-office platforms.
    • Entering high-level data into accounting software.
    • Processing escrow and closing commission checks.
    • Inputting listings into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
    • Assisting agents with their client transaction and lead management system.
    • Setting up agent business pages on social media platforms.
    • Distributing digital and print marketing materials.
    • Onboarding new Realtors and troubleshooting common IT issues.

    What We're Looking For:
    • Previous experience with Canva platform and social media/marketing.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft suite.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    • Attention to detail is crucial.
    • Able to thrive in a team environment and work well with others.
    • Experience in the real estate industry is highly valued.
