Job Summary:

• The Bucket Specialist role involves specialized tasks such as replacement and repair works on Gas and steam turbine Rotors and stator parts, often within tight schedules. The Bucket Specialist II utilizes extensive knowledge gained from working with heavy-duty gas and steam turbines, collaborating with site leads and shift Bucket leads for daily coordination.
• Responsibilities include inspecting, repairing, and installing various types of turbine buckets/blades, utilizing machine tools, precision instruments, and adhering to safety protocols. Additionally, the role involves writing detailed reports, communicating effectively with customers, and understanding the maintenance project dynamics.
• Travel, including work on holidays and weekends, may be required, with the possibility of additional duties aligned with the company's vision and core values.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree or associate degree in a Technical Field, with a preference for Gas Turbine Systems Technician qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a mechanical technician.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Bucket Specialist I, showcasing proficiency with tools and technical drawings.
