    Description


    The Senior Brand Manager of the GUM brand will be a key member of the US business team, reporting to the Senior Director of Brand Marketing and responsible for leading the strategy and execution to deliver both short and long-term strategic and financial objectives with a single cohesive consumer experience.

    In this role the Senior Brand Manager will directly lead the full mix of marketing activities across all media platforms and be responsible for the development and management of all brand building activities while serving as the lead agency contact for the business.

    A successful brand marketing leader will have a demonstrated growth mindset, work with multiple priorities, and manage ambiguity as part of a fast-paced, high-performance team with a bias for action.


    RESPONSIBILITIES
    Translating business priorities into marketing strategies and tactics to achieve financial and strategic goals across retail and professional channels.
    Develop, execute, and manage the full mix of marketing activities across all media channels.
    Responsible for the development and management of all brand building tactics, segmentation, position, architecture, packaging, and market research.
    Contribute to the development of consumer insights, claims and messaging to drive consumer engagement.
    Analyze and assess current business performance, trends, and market conditions and execute recommendations for business optimization.
    Prepare and communicate monthly business updates.
    Responsible for the annual marketing plan and budgeting process.
    Partner with the new products team to generate and support growth targets across the business.
    Work collaboratively across key cross functional groups including customer marketing, new products, sales, finance, insights, and category management.
    EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES
    CPG Marketing/Brand Management experience.
    Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
    Critical thinking & decision-making skills through data utilization to deliver results.
    Proven experience leading agencies partners to achieve business goals.
    Strong financial acumen, understanding of profit/revenue drivers and ROI analysis.
    Strong analytical skills and experience gathering and analyzing Nielsen, IRI, POS and other industry data sources.
