- Build strong relationships by visiting customer sites and understanding real‑world production needs.
- Identify Win/Win sales opportunities and clearly document required resources.
- Prospect new accounts and position company products, services & solutions.
- Collaborate using a team‑based selling approach to support customer success.
- Provide leadership with accurate customer insights & market analysis.
- Participate in team meetings and practice effective self‑management.
- Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Agribusiness, Industrial Distribution, or Sales preferred).
- 3+ years of industrial B2B sales or engineering experience.
- Excellent communicator with strong technical curiosity and learning mindset.
- Hands‑on, self‑managed, and highly collaborative.
- Results‑driven with strong relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to travel ~3 days per week, including overnight stays.
- Food processing or potato processing industry experience.
- Selling industrial equipment, conveyor systems, or capital equipment.
- Strong interest in technical industrial processes and plant operations.
