- Lead one or more JDA with an OEM.
- Lead the project and be responsible for the full life cycle management of the battery cell product, including from product initiation to product life cycle end.
- Responsible for formulating project work plans, project capital budgets, project key milestones, and project deliverables.
- Assisting in product design, testing and verification, project summary, and data archiving.
- Coordinating internal resources such as production and procurement, participating in project evaluation, risk assessment, and formulating adjustment plans and emergency strategies during the project development process.
- Professionally coordinate with OEM customer needs and the team to achieve goals efficiently.
- Coordinate appropriate personnel (subject matter experts, customer, supplier, etc.) to make complex decisions related to technical, quality, schedule, risk, and cost issues quickly and effectively.
- Manage assignments and priorities of team members across multiple projects simultaneously and effectively to drive project to completion according to schedule.
- Bachelor's degree or Master's is preferred, in electrochemistry, electronics, electrical engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years' experience in li-ion battery concentrating on cell development preferred.
- Experience in new energy cell or pack product development.
- Familiar with battery product development process, key milestones and deliverables, including systematic interactive development content with upstream and downstream products.
