- Counts materials in stock and posts totals to inventory records daily
- Compares physical inventory against book inventory
- Verifies clerical computations against physical count of stock and adjusts errors in computation or count or investigates and reports reasons for discrepancies
- Performs weekly date code check to ensure product rotation
- Monitors all outgoing and incoming full good shipments and reconcile with SAP
- Performs appropriate duties as assigned by management
- Minimum of 18 years old
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policies
- Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the job
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Ability to maintain a neat professional appearance within Company guidelines
- Ability to maintain safety and security of Company assets
- Ability to utilize all Company provided resources and technology
- Ability to demonstrate oral/written communication and strong problem-solving skills

- Effective planning and organizational skills
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 6 to 12 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Powered Industrial Equipment experience preferred
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Frequent standing and walking
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, or flexible schedule as required
- Repeated typing and keying
- Ability to demonstrate initiative
- Ability to demonstrate analytical, planning, and organizational skills
