Position: Transportation Attorney
Location: Houston, TX
I am partnered with a well established regional firm located in Houston, TX with a highly collegial environment is seeking a 7+ year Transportation Attorney. This is a full-time positon that comes with a suite of solid employee beneifts. The ideal candidate will have experience in transportation law preferred. The candidate can have experience in other areas of law such as medical malpractice, product liability, construction, premises liability and general liability, however the primary focus for the position will be in transportation and trucking. The candidate will be responsbile for providing comprehensive defense services to trucking and transportation issues, Department of Transportation record keeping matters, personal injury claims, and accident reconstruction.
