The Choctaw have a rich history, having lived for centuries in the Southeastern United States. The Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians are the proud descendants who have preserved their ancestral land through generations. As the only federally recognized Native American tribe in the State, they boast a strong community of over 11,000 Tribal members and more than 33,000 acres of Tribal land stretching across Mississippi and Tennessee.
Location: The Choctaw Indian Reservation is situated in Pearl River Community, just 6 miles west of Philadelphia, MS.
