We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with the CFO to manage our bank's financial operations and drive overall performance. Your key responsibilities will include setting financial targets, evaluating strategic opportunities, crafting funding strategies, conducting feasibility studies, and maintaining robust internal controls.

Finance Director Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and systems for accurate financial reporting
• Stay current with accounting changes and industry developments, implementing necessary updates
• Analyze the profitability and trajectory of existing business units
• Evaluate potential new business ventures and investments
• Determine current and future funding needs and propose solutions for any gaps
• Lead the annual budgeting process and oversee annual insurance reviews
• Drive the asset-liability management (ALCO) process
• Establish and document internal controls to ensure FDICIA and SOX compliance
• Monitor the effectiveness of internal controls

Finance Director Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required
• 7+ years of senior finance experience in publicly held financial institutions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other business software
• Strong knowledge of financial forecasting, accounting principles, and data analysis
• Familiarity with FDICIA and SOX regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions under pressure
