    Lab Supervisor

    Job Type: Full-Time

    Salary: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year DOE

    Roles and Responsibilities

    This position is responsible for ensuring production goals are being achieved. Keeping production workflow in line with company goals and objectives. Assess, educate and train lab personnel to be proficient in their day to day contributions. This role is a culture building agent for the lab as they share a vision and provide guidance to lead their team. The Lab Supervisor will report directly to the Production Manager.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure production goals and objectives are met on a daily basis
    • Work with team leads on production workflow
    • Work with the Production Manager on facilitating Department Meetings
    • Facilitating Daily Duddles
    • People management which includes employee vacations, schedules and personnel mentorship
    • Cross functionality between the various departments
    • Incident reporting
    • Gap analysis and correct plans of action
    • Understanding of all job-specific techniques and team-building skills
    • Control costs by optimizing productivity and process improvement

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 1+ years of experience managing a team over 15 employees or more
    • 2+ Years experience in a leadership role as a supervisor or manager
    • 2+ years experience managing projects and processes
    • 1+ years experience labor scheduling and forecasting

    Preferred Qualifications but not necessary

    • 2+ Years experience in a manufacturing environment
    • Dental Lab Experience
    • Additive Manufacturing Experience
    • Fluent in English, Russian and Ukrainian dialects
