Caregiver Support Responsibilities:

What You Will Do:
Help execute comprehensive personalized weekly schedules and care plansComplete Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in a safe and professional mannerSupply personal companionship, remaining actively engaged with each client by providing ongoing social & emotional supportAssist with personal care activities to include personal hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding and meal preparationProvide transportation to and from appointments as neededAdministrative functions such as documentation of completion of tasks and report changes in the client's physical condition, mental capability, or behavior Qualifications:

To Get Started You Will Need:

At least 1 year of professional caregiving experienceValid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) CertificationCurrent BLS CertificationProof of a valid drivers license, vehicle insurance, registration, and a reliable vehicleOpen availability strongly preferredTB Screening/PPD Chest X-RayBasic Computer SkillsProof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
