- DIRECT DAILY TRAIN MOVEMENT TO MEET PUBLISHED SCHEDULES SERVICE PLANS AND SPECIAL OPERATIONS WHILE MAINTAINING RULES AND SAFETY COMPLIANCE.
- MULTIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES OF TRAIN DISPATCHERS TOWER OPERATORS ENGINEER-ENGINEERING CONDUCTORS AND OTHER TRANSPORTATION PERSONNEL.
