    Responsibilities

    • Manage all incoming calls on a multi-line phone system and route them to the appropriate department or service advisor
    • Show hospitality to all customers and associates
    • Assist various departments with a can-do attitude
    • Convey customer needs to the responsible parties
    • Handle calls in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
    • Maintain a friendly, professional, courteous, and efficient demeanor with all customers
    • Complete filing and data entry tasks

    Requirements

    • Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
    • Prior experience in automotive is a plus but not mandatory
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Demonstrate a strong work ethic when it comes to attendance and punctuality
    • Proficient in standard Microsoft software and willingness to learn new computer tools
    • Familiarity with CDK is advantageous
    • Possess a professional appearance and work ethic
    • Self-motivated and proactive
    • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug screening and background check
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Collaborative team player
