    The Dir.

    of FP&A Special Projects directs and leads high priority strategic initiatives and process improvements, including support for Long Range Planning and enterprise-wide prioritization through the Program Office.

    Leads a high performing team to drive tactical business interventions and directs cross-functional teams as project needs demand.

    Works closely with CFO, EVP Strategy, and SVP FP&A to prioritize projects and broader ELT / SLT on analyses and execution.


    This position has been segmented as Hybrid meaning there is a combination of three onsite days and the rest remote.


    Responsibilities:
    Leads high priority strategic initiatives and process improvements focused on the highest value priorities for the organization; actively prioritizes projects with CFO, EVP Strategy, SVP FP&A, SVP Program Office
    Supports enterprise wide prioritization of initiatives and investment with the Program Office through managing business case analytics and capital approval / allocation
    Supports high priority, ad hoc analytical requests, e.g. CVD recovery workstream
    Identify and propose projects to drive business improvements within Finance and across the org
    Serve as a partner in developing Long Range Planning and strategic plans, e.g. strategy pyramid

    Actively coaches and develops his or her direct reports and the broader members of his project teams to build analytical, communications and management talent across the org.


    Qualifications:

    Education/Training:
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent. MBA preferred.


    Related Experience:
    Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, including significant experience in leading special projects and working with cross-functional teams / external parties
    Minimum 5 years of leadership experience
