    Job DescriptionData Electronic Devices, Inc., an Emerald Technologies company, has an exciting opportunity for 2nd Shift Solderers to join our Salem, NH team

    Responsibilities of the Solderer:

    • Ability to follow work instructions and interpret mechanical and PCBA documentation written in English
    • Assist with simple rework, hand soldering and minor troubleshooting
    • Maintain necessary logs and records
    • Ability to utilize hand held tools such as tweezers, soldering iron, hotplate, etc.
    • Other duties may be assigned

    Requirements of the Solderer:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Prior experience in assembly and soldering of thru-hole and SMT components is preferred
    • Ability to effectively communicate in English both in writing and verbally at the general business level
    • Must have strong attention to detail
    • IPC-610 and/or J-STD-001 Certification is a plus
