    • Experience supporting IBM Maximo
    • Experience with project management using Planview
    • 5+ years of PM experience
    • 3+ years of enterpriselevel, multiteam, critical project managementexperience
    • 2+ years of experience with projects that include software development,business process overhaul, and integrations
    • 2+ years of experience with enterprise SW development and migration
    • 2+ years of experience running Agile and waterfall method ology projects
    • PMP certification or equivalent
    • Excellent communication skills with audiences ranging from technical teamsto executivelevel

    Experience Required

    Responsible for successfullymanaging the project through its lifecycle (Scoping, Requirements, Design,Testing, Implementation) within a hybrid waterfall/Agile developmentframework.


    • Works closely with application teams, technical staff, vendors, andbusiness users to deliver the projects on time and budget.
    • Documents project scope, tracks costs, and facilitates work estimates andschedules in an Agile framework.
    • Manages stakeholder expectations efficiently with minimal guidance.
    Maintains strong working relationships with all stakeholder representatives.
    Must have strong presentation skills with proven experience delivering formalpresentations to various levels of management (both locally and remote).


    • Manages the status of the project, including communicating overall risk,financial performance, and status of the portfolio.
    • Communicates issues or risks in a timely and effective manner and developsmitigation plans to address/resolve them.
