    Job Description Marketing Coordinator or Executive We are looking for a creative, forward-thinking and talented Marketing Coordinator or Executive to support our Marketing team in the delivery of all local and firm wide marketing initiatives.

    You will have the opportunity to get involved across the whole marketing mix of disciplines, ensuring the firm's visual identity and style guides are followed in all marketing communications.

    In 2019 alone, we won National Firm of the Year, Tax Team of the Year, and Graduate and Non-Graduate programme of the Year at the British Accountancy Awards, we internationally re-branded, and we grew substantially with a few high-profile mergers.

      Main Responsibilities
      Administrative duties to support central marketing team:
    • Amend partner PowerPoint presentations
    • Stock management of marketing collateral
    • Support market research
    • Support running of events and follow up work
    • Assist with questionnaire and survey compilation and analysis
    • Keeping the central marketing calendar updated
    • Coordinate diaries for meetings
    • Record and post sector meeting minutes
    • Being responsible for keeping abreast of new trends
    • General day to day support to the marketing team
      Regional roles and responsibilities:
    • Support the delivery of regional and sector marketing plans
    • Manage local relationships such as the Chamber of Commerce and local publications
    • Keep the office database clean and up to date
    • Support local partners social media accounts where necessary
    • Ensure branding and brand messaging remains pure and in line with national brand strategy and ensure the branding on all marketing collateral under your remit is correct
    • Promote central initiatives locally
    • Provide feedback on local initiatives/activities
    • Monitor activities of regional competitors
    • General day to day marketing support to partners for the region
      Qualifications and Skills:
    • Minimum 2 years' experience required
    • Experience of working in a large firm as part of a large marketing team an advantage but not essential
    • Excellent working knowledge of PowerPoint
    • Good working knowledge of Excel
    • Experience of organising events
    • A strong attention to detail and a clear and concise writing style
    • A creative and inquisitive mindset
    • Organised and commercially aware
    • Collaborative approach
    • Able to work well under pressure and demonstrate a positive and committed attitude to firm
    • A proactive approach to supporting the team and partners important
    • Ability to work by yourself as much as part of a team
    • Demonstrable ability to multi task and adhere to deadlines
    • Strong prioritisation skills to deliver activities in line with set deadlines
    • Willingness to travel when required
