    General Duties:
    Aleut is in search of an innovative, creative, and highly motivated individual with expertise in Modeling and Simulation (MOD/SIM) to build MOD/SIM capabilities and develop/execute training scenarios in the Officer Training Course (OTC) program at the 319 CTS, Peterson SFB, CO

    Specific duties:

    • Deliver MOD/SIM support to the OTC curriculum as required in Orbital Warfare, Space Electronic Warfare, Space Battle Management, Intelligence, and Cyber phases of instruction building and executing end-of-course exercises.
    • Deliver MOD/SIM support to the development and execution of the 10-day OTC Capstone Exercise.
    • Coordinate instructional activities with Contract Task Lead and government supervisory personnel.
    • Additional duties as assigned.
    • Work on-site - minimal telework.
    Required Skills


    • Proficiency in C++ programming.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
    • Active or current Top-Secret Clearance and SCI eligibility required.

    Desired Skills:

    • Familiarity with US Space Force-related Tactical Data Processors and applications - GCCS, Agile Client, PDS-M, TRS-Dashboard, and GIANT.
    • Familiarity with AFSIM modeling and simulation tools.
    • Familiarity with Systems Toolkit
    • Skilled communicator, experienced in providing platform instruction to an academically diverse audience of military, government civilian, and contract personnel.
    • Completion of Air Force Instructor Course or equivalent.
    • Instructional Systems Design (ISD) experience.

    Education and Experience Education:

    • A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field
    Six years of experience may substitute for the education requirement.

    Experience:

    • It required - a minimum of three years of experience managing modeling and simulation tools and building training scenarios
