    Job Summary

    The Sales Associate is responsible for promoting a customer-focused sales culture, ensuring a great customer experience, and driving maximum profitability. They will utilize sales techniques, communicate product knowledge, and maintain standards in merchandise handling, presentation, loss prevention, and other duties as directed by Management.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Drive Results: Meet company sales goals by utilizing sales techniques and communicating product knowledge to the customer.
    2. Maintain Store Standards: Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, pricing and visual standards, and merchandise handling and presentation.
    3. Provide Excellent Customer Service: Model and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience.

    Qualifications

    • High School diploma or equivalent required.
    • Retail or sales experience preferred.
    • Must be 18 years of age or older.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

    Physical Requirements

    Constant walking/standing, occasional lifting up to 50 lbs., and frequent climbing required.
