    TURCK is seeking a highly motivated Planner Buyer to join our growing Purchasing team in Plymouth, MN.

    In this critical role, you'll be responsible for analyzing material needs, placing purchase orders, and maintaining strong supplier relationships - all to ensure our production lines have what they need to deliver top-quality products on time.


    What You'll Do:
    Analyze MRP results and ensure material parameters are set correctly for effective purchasing.
    Source and engage with suppliers who meet our quality, price, and delivery requirements.
    Manage purchase orders, including creation, tracking, expediting, and communication with suppliers.
    Monitor inventory levels and establish planning parameters for raw materials.
    Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to maintain optimal material availability, especially for complex projects.
    Identify and address material shortages, keeping production and other departments informed.
    Maintain accurate planning parameters within the ERP system.
    Track and report supplier performance metrics.

    You're a

    Perfect Fit If You Have:

    A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering (Manufacturing experience a plus).2-4 years of experience in Supply Chain or a related field.

    Strong understanding of purchasing concepts, procedures, and material planning.
    Experience with MRP systems (SAP preferred).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
    A proactive, take-charge attitude with a sense of urgency.

    Bonus Points for:
    Experience with ERP systems (SAP ECC/APO).Spanish or German language skills.
