Assist others in analyzing information and data to perform complex design tasks related to bridge maintenance and design. Assist in preparation of construction documents. Participate in non-design engineering activities such as construction inspection and materials testing, surveying, CADD production, and field data collection. Receive instructions from Project Manager or Senior Project Engineers as to the general results expected. Research design options and document findings for Senior Project Engineer. Research code requirements. Prepare administrative reports required for projects and clients.
Keep Senior Project Manager and supervisor informed of workload and any changes in project schedule or scope of additional services.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
