Compounding Technician - Abingdon, United States - Actalent

Actalent is currently looking for a compounding technician in Abingdon, MD.

Shift: Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Operating equipment, including temperature checks and completing batch records following GMP and SOPs
• Performing necessary calculations as per batch records
• Conducting product inspections and providing samples for quality control tests
• Recording various data points
• Collaborating within the sample lab by combining and pulling samples for clients
• The company specializes in producing various citrus flavors such as orange, lemon, and lime in essences, emulsions, extractions, sprays, etc.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a high school diploma with strong attention to detail and the ability to learn intricate processes
• Previous experience in a GMP environment is a plus
