    Are you a dynamic, innovative, and results-driven leader ready to redefine the real estate investment landscape? Wedgewood Homes is actively in search of an Acquisitions Specialist with an entrepreneurial flair, poised to excel in the dynamic world of real estate.

    As the initial point of connection with homeowners, you'll craft meaningful relationships from the outset. Your role will be pivotal in negotiating and finalizing sales contracts, showcasing your expertise in deal-making. Additionally, you'll conduct meticulous property evaluations and market analyses, ensuring accurate assessments of property values.

    Your exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities will be pivotal in forging the connections necessary to thrive in this role and make a lasting impact on the real estate investment industry.

    What you'll need:
    Active real estate license
    College degree preferred but not mandatory
    Proven experience in real estate sales or related field
    Strong negotiation skills
    Results-oriented with a strong drive for sucess
    Experience with CRM software
    Valid driver's license


    What you'll do:
    Build industry relationships
    Serve as the initial point of connection with homeowners, establishing meaningful relationships from the outset
    Play a pivotal role in negotiating and finalizing sales contracts
    Conduct thorough property evaluations and market analyses to accurately assess property values
    Formulate and implement strategic sales plans to drive success and achieve organizational goals
    Collaborate with internal acquisitions team to ensure contract and document compliance
    Represent Wedgewood Homes with positivity, strive for excellence and integrity

    The salary range for this position is $55,000- $75,000.00 annually. In addition, this role offers significant potential for great earning opportunities with commission incentives and annual bonuses.

    Wedgewood occupies 50,000 square feet in a state of the art headquarters in Redondo Beach, California and has been named Company of the Year by the city.

    Wedgewood has additional office locations in Las Vegas and Dallas, and along with smaller offices throughout the country.
