We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team.They will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial activities of the company, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and implementing effective financial controls.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Accounting and Operations for multiple revenue streams and possess a strong understanding of financial management principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial ReportingPrepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Develop and maintain a robust system of internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial data.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
Financial Operations & Revenue Recognition / Subscription Management:
Effectively pay employees and vendors and collect cash from customersOwn the financial systems including the AP tools, PayrollEnsure accurate and timely revenue recognition for multiple revenue streams.
Monitor deferred revenue accounts and manage revenue forecasting processes.Compliance and Controls:
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and industry standards.
Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
Cash Management:
Oversee cash flow planning and ensure adequate funds are available for day-to-day operations.
Be responsible for ensuring compliance with debt reporting requirements.
Financial Analysis:
Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.
Provide recommendations to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field4-1 years of experience in the finance industryStrong knowledge of US accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
