    Job DescriptionCollaborate with Project Executive or designated personnel for contract/P.O.

    setup, testing/inspections, submittals/samples, subcontractor/supplier lists, and project schedule.
    Coordinate with Estimator on project budget, scope, and potential issues like critical items and special hazards.
    Procure Lett Intents.
    Execute owner contracts as required.
    Verify quantities with Estimator.
    Review subcontract documents before signing.
    Manage critical path submittals.
    Align project schedule with subcontractors and suppliers.
    Finalize project budgets with AP/AR manager.
    Review plans and specifications with field superintendent.
    Schedule weekly site and monthly progress meetings.
    Organize internal project hand-off meetings.
    Process and execute change orders.
    Maintain ongoing review of budgets and schedules.
    Update budgets bi-monthly and schedules weekly.
    Ensure completion and compliance of testing/inspections.
    Prepare project meeting agendas.
    Collaborate with AP/AR Manager for billing processing and subcontractor release.

    Prepare for final punch and close-out, including final billings, O & M manuals, punch out completion, substantial completion sign-off, final inspection, and occupancy certificates acquisition.

    The Successful ApplicantA degree in Construction Management or Construction/Civil Engineering/Architecture strongly preferred10+ years of experience in Commercial Building ConstructionExperience with technology:
