Description

Lead a high-performing team overseeing 24/7 production of building materials.

Ensure quality, efficiency, and employee development while driving continuous improvement and upholding the company's commitment to safety, productivity, and quality.

Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions. May also assume Plant Manager responsibilities.


Responsibilities:
Oversee 24/7 production of building materials (specific product to be confirmed during interview)
Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency across multiple production lines
Manage raw materials and finished goods inventory
Train and develop production staff
Lead continuous improvement initiatives
Budget and cost control


Hard Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or relevant field
7+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership
Strong supervisory and leadership skills
Proven ability to solve process problems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working with a unionized workforce (preferred)
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in continuous process manufacturing
Working knowledge of SAP or ERP systems
Ability to lift up to 25lbs
Willingness to travel occasionally
