Join our team as a Personal Banker and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service. Your main responsibility will be to engage with customers, suggest banking products and services, and foster strong relationships to meet their financial needs.

• Complete a comprehensive four-month training program focusing on making recommendations using a consultative sales approach

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED required
• College degree or at least one year of proven experience in financial services or retail providing excellent customer service
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor
• Ability to travel for training purposes
• Subject to background checks as per regulatory requirements

Principle Activities and Duties:

• Demonstrate consultative sales techniques to offer additional products and services to customers
• Contribute to customer growth and retention
• Initiate new customer relationships through outbound calls
• Perform teller duties while maintaining accurate transaction records
• Adhere to all branch operational processes and procedures

Schedule Information:
