Job summary
As a Refrigeration Technician at HelloFresh you will work with the maintenance team to maintain troubleshoot and repair HVAC refrigeration and facilities equipment to maintain critical temperatures and improve reliability of our systems This role is the resident expert in refrigeration systems You will lead educate compliance with all safety food safety and security standards perform preventive maintenance routine inspections on assigned refrigeration HVAC systems ancillary equipment document all work in CMMS ticketing system mentor maintenance personnel develop appropriate skill sets knowledge of equipment specializing in refrigeration lead root cause analysis of major downtime events audit maintenance personnel work provide feedback on performance quality audit vendor work provide feedback on quality SLA performance write modify PMs standardize across network increase effectiveness repair predictive preventative procedures CO2 Freon refrigeration systems including but not limited to compressors pumps fans heat exchangers glycol systems various industrial utility motors power distribution Give direction training entry level technicians day-to-day operations inspections inspection techniques repairs basic repairs techniques state local regulations policies building project work as needed
