    $1,780 - $1,870 per week

    Required Qualifications (Home Health RN)

    Minimum 1 year of recent skilled home health RN experience (private duty nursing alone not accepted)

    Experience with OASIS documentation and home health protocols

    Strong IV therapy skills, wound care, and phlebotomy experience

    Valid Florida RN license or RN compact license

    BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) certification required

    Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for home visits

    COVID-19 vaccination (medical/religious exemptions considered)

    Flu vaccination or declination (mask required if declined)

    Recent direct patient care experience within the last 3 months

    Cerner charting experience preferred

    Responsibilities – Homecare & Home Health Nursing

    Provide skilled nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in their homes as a Home Health RN / Homecare RN

    Perform cardiopulmonary assessments, comprehensive wound care (including wound vac management), IV therapy, and post-op care

    Manage high-risk medical diagnoses such as heart failure, COPD, MI, pneumonia, and stroke

    Perform procedures including ABI compression dressing, PleurX/Asepti drain care, foley catheter changes, staple/suture removal, SQ/IM injections, lab draws, PICC/Midline care, and SQ port access/deaccess

    Document visits using BayCare forms and Ace Timesheet; maintain accurate OASIS and home health charting

    Self-schedule visits and hours based on HomeCare office needs while maintaining patient-centered care

    Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including Physical Therapy, Social Services, Pharmacy, and Interpretation Services

    Adhere to agency policies and maintain a smoke-free practice environment and required masking protocols
