- Conducting assessments to identify students' speech and language needs
- Assisting in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Providing direct therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student learning and development
- Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to the development of IEP goals
- Maintaining accurate documentation of services provided
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Completion of all academic and clinical requirements for CF eligibility
- Eligibility for Alabama state licensure as an SLP-CF
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
- Passion for working with children and helping them achieve their communication goals
